A building runs on four networks that people notice only when they fail. We design them together, so that they fit in the same ceiling void and stay coordinated on site.

01The four packages

  1. Electrical power: distribution, lighting, socket outlets
  2. Low-current systems: data networks, access control, public address
  3. HVAC: heating, ventilation and air conditioning, smoke extraction, air distribution
  4. Fire safety: fire detection and sprinkler network
